Q0. What is the currency?

  • All products are listed in USD. At this point, it is difficult to pay in different currency. Payment currency rate depends on the rate of your credit card or paypal policy.

Q1. Are all of the goods sold in idusglobal handmade?

  • Yes! All of the items listed in idusglobal are handmade products
  • Since these products are not massively produced, every item is unique with no two made alike. From the initial sketch to the personalized details, every part of your goods are made from scratch and this is why it takes relatively longer to be made and delivered than those of factory-made items.  

Q2. If I have further request regarding my engraving and customization details, where should I contact?

  • You can either leave your queries or details in the "Additional Requests" field at the point of checkout, or directly email the idusglobal team (
  • Please also make sure to read the product description prior to make a request.

    Q3. How long does it take to get product delivered?

    • In average, it takes about 2 weeks until the product gets delivered. Due to unstable logistics situation during the pendemic, please allow us few more days until the final delivery.
    Q4. Where can I check the delivery status?
    • Once you proceed the order, you must get an tracking notification email from Shipgate, which is our logistics afffliate company. When your package is ready to be on-board, the shipping status will be updated and you must be able to check the status. 
    • If you would like to get further information directly from the local carriers, please go to their tracking page and check the status with Master B/L number, noted in the last row of Shipgate's tracking page.

    Q5. Return Parcel Due To Recipient's Absence
    • When the package arrives at the local delivery center, it may be possible that a local delivery center contacts the customer either via phone call or email in order to arrange a delivery schedule. The local delivery center may contact the recipient depending on the order amount, product category, and the shipping policy of the local fulfillment center.
    • If the local delivery center or 'idusglobal' is unable to reach the customer for over 1 week, the package will be sent back to South Korea, due to 'missing recipient'. In this case, 'idusglobal' is not responsible for either the returned product or the shipping fee. If the customer wants to get the package redelivered, an additional international delivery fee and tax will be charged. 

    Q6. If I am dissatisfied with my product or the customer service received, what should I do?

    • If you have any questions, suggestions, or complaints about your experience with idusglobal, our team is always willing to resolve and address the issues as quickly and accurately as possible according to our dispute resolution standards. 
    • When a customer inquiry or comment regarding an artist's work is received:
      • All of our artists have the firsthand responsibility to address these inquiries. Although idus will assist with directing communication between the two parties, product related issues are solely the artist's responsibility.
      • It may take up to 3 business days for customer inquiries/messages to be received by the artist, and the entire operation may take as long as 10 business days to be processed and resolved. 

    Q7. What affects the change in the product price?
    • Due to an unstable logistics in the era of pendemic, international shipping costs fluctuate frequently. Since some of the shipping costs are reflected in the product price, listing prices may change, due to the shipping cost fluctuation.
    • Produce price may also change during the special promotion season.
